Painting Purity Seals

While painting my Crimson Fists, I finally found a technique and color combination for painting purity seals that I am finally happy with. It's fast and easy and doesn't require mixing colors.

Blood Red, Bleached Bone, Devlan Mud Wash. Done.

  1. Very quick, simple and easy, with a good to boot as well! Thanks for sharing.

  2. Ha! My method is very close to yours:
    Mech Red/Khemri Brown base coat.

Then I use your method! I've found that I have to use too many Bone layers to get over the black undercoat...so I use the foundation brown to make it easier to use the bone color.

  3. I'm gonna have to try that. They look really god and clean. Nice going!

  4. Thanks, hope it helps. Checked out your blog yesterday - Great Work!!!!!
